Launching New Employee Identity System

Dear all,

Please be advised that new employee identity system will starting this week. And this is what you will need to do before 19th Jun 2019:

  1. You will receive an email from ssprsysadmin@yoma.com.mm with a default password  
  2. You need to go to the Password Portal to create a preferred password before 19th Jun 2019.

On 20th Jun 2019, your account will be migrated to the new system. After this date, your new preferred password will be used for your email and the Wifi at the Campus.

After this, you can change your password at the Password Portal as needed.

Enhancing & optimizing the network infrastructure

Dear ALL,

Please be advised that the network will be unavailable from 18:00PM May 24th, 2019 to 06:00AM May 25th, 2019 AND 18:00PM May 25th, 2019 to 06:00AM May 26th, 2019  This period of downtime will be scheduled for enhancing & optimizing the network infrastructure.

Since this is restructuring the network equipment, all the services in the campus will be impacted as follows:

  • Internet, file servers, application, ERP, SSL VPN access of the Campus and Pun Hlaing Estate Management office.
  • Connection access from F&B (LS, AA, KFC) and Volkswagen office to HQ (The Campus).
  • Door access, CCTV, IP Phone access
